Return Policy

Products: All unopened items (excluding bulk orders) in new condition my be returned within 30 days for either refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. There is a $10.00 restocking fee per return. Bulk orders are not returnable.

Services: Individuals requesting a refund prior to a workshop or training hosted by PREP, Incorporated, will receive a complete refund less the non-refundable deposit. Organizations hosting PREP workshops or trainings may have different return policies. Please ask your host directly.

Continuing Education Credits: Fees are not refundable once the application has been made to the Continuing Education boards.

Directory Fees: Per customer request, a refund of directory fees will be made on a pro-rated basis, less a $10 service fee.
