Got Your Back is not a series of lectures about how life should be, but is an experiential learning process that builds self-awareness, promotes mindful choices, emphasizes relationship skills, and encourages participants to value themselves as citizens in the world. Additionally, it is one of the few curricula PREP offers which is modular. There are 8 mini curricula covering 8 different lessons. Because of the modularity, facilitators only need to carry the units that they are teaching for the day rather than bringing the whole curriculum every day.
