Return Policy

Products: All unopened items (excluding bulk orders) in new condition may be returned within 30 days for either refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable and the customer pays return shipping charges. There is a $10.00 restocking fee per return. Bulk orders are not returnable.

Refund Policy

Services: Individuals requesting a refund  for a training hosted by PREP, Inc. will receive a complete refund less the non-refundable deposit of $100 if the Instructor Kit has not been shipped.  If the Instructor Kit has already shipped the refund and amount will be up to the discretion of PREP, Inc.

Organizations hosting PREP workshops or trainings may have different return policies. Please ask your host directly.

Continuing Education Credits: Fees are not refundable once the application has been made to the Continuing Education boards.
